Booking and Cancellation Policy

Please read all information.

300,00  Euro / per person NON-Refundable deposit for a 7 day program is needed to hold the reservation. 150,00  Euro / per person NON-Refundable deposit for a weekend program is needed to hold the reservation. Please pay your deposit within 7 days of your enquiry. The balance is due 4 weeks prior your arrival date by bank transfer. If the reservation is made within 4 weeks prior the program arrival date the full program price will be due within 5 working days from the reservation confirmation.

Please note, your booking is unconfirmed until the deposit or full amount has been received. We aim to honor provision bookings for a limited period of time; however, due to the popular nature of the detox weeks we regret that it is not always possible. It is the responsibility of the client to let us know of any delays in receipt of documents or payments. In case you would like to postpone your program reservation we can only offer you this option if you notify us no less than 2 Months prior your arrival date. If you notify us within 2 Months prior your arrival date you will lose your full program payment.

We recommend purchasing a traveler Cancellation /Interruption Insurance in your Country of Residence.

The payment must be made by bank transfer in € Euro. Please be aware that payments for any VORTEX VITAL therapies have to be paid in cash on the day of reservation or together with the detox program by bank transfer. There will be no exception to this policy.
