Booking and Cancellation Policy

Please read all information.

A 300,00 Euro / per person NON-Refundable deposit is needed to hold the reservation. Please pay your deposit within 7 days of your enquiry. The balance is due 4 weeks prior your arrival date by bank transfer. If you make your program reservation within 4 weeks prior your first program day the full program payment is due within 5 days of your reservation.

Please note, your booking is unconfirmed until the program deposit or full program payment has been received.

We aim to honor provision bookings for a limited period of time; however, due to the popular nature of the detox weeks we regret that it is not always possible. It is the responsibility of the client to let us know of any delays in receipt of documents or payments.

In case you would like to postpone your program reservation we can only offer you this option if you notify us no less than 2 Months prior your arrival date. If you notify us within 2 Months prior your arrival date you will lose your full program payment.We recommend purchasing a traveler Cancellation /Interruption Insurance in your Country of Residence.

The payment must be made by bank transfer in € Euro.

Please be aware that payments for any VORTEX VITAL holistic therapies have to be paid in cash on the day of your therapy reservation or together with the detox program by bank transfer.

There will be no exception to this policy.
