Booking and Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit + 100 Euro accommodation deposit (Sol Andalusi only) must be made within 5 working days from reservation confirmation by email if your reservation is made 2 Months prior your arrival date.
You are very welcome to pay the full amount in once to avoid extra transfer fees.
Please send us a copy of the bank transfer by email or fax (+34952852657) as soon you made the deposit by bank transfer.
The deposit must be made by bank transfer in € Euro.
Full non-refundable program payment is due 3 weeks before arrival by bank transfer in Euro only.
There will be no money exchange at Sol Andalusi Health & Spa Resort. Sol Andalusi Resort will accept credit cards to pay for the accommodation and their Spa treatments only.
There will be no exception to this policy.
Please note, your booking is unconfirmed until the deposit or full amount has been received.
We aim to honour provision bookings for a limited period of time; however, due to the popular nature of the detox weeks we regret that it is not always possible.
It is the responsibility of the client to let us know of any delays in receipt of documents or payments.
We recommend purchasing a traveller Cancellation/Interruption Insurance in your Country of Residence.
