Standard Cleansing Time Table We believe it is imperative you understand fully what our programm
intales. A sample of the Standard Cleansing Time Table we use is
listed below to further inform you about the program:
Day 1Day 1 will be your arrival day. Today we will explain you the program, show you the facilities and inform you about some other natural therapies we offer. If you have done 3 day pre cleansing it will be easier to empty the colon today with our special supplements and you will have more detoxification results during and after the program.  Today and on the days you will have no enema / colonic you will have a
supplement that will loosen intestinal build up which aids in the
release of unwanted waste materials and toxic substances that may be
present, giving you beneficial relief from constipation, toxic build up
and unhealthy bowels. This supplement’s slow release of mono-atomic
oxygen creates an inhospitable environment for harmful bacteria and
other toxic matter, while protecting the bacteria necessary for proper
digestive and intestinal health. This supplement aides the body’s
natural detoxification process.
Day 2 to 7The self administrated Colonic hydrotherapy will start on day 3 in the afternoon. According to our program you will have one regular self administrated colonic every other day. If we think that it will be better or even necessary to change how many colonics you may need during the program we will advise you about our opinion. Fresh diluted (fruit) juice you will have 3 times a day and purified water and ginger thee you can drink as much as you like. Please be aware that the natural juice contains natural sugars that could slow down the detoxification process. The diluted juices are only to balance your blood sugar levels!  Note: Two coffee enemas in a week during a cleansing period are good for most people - but not everyone. If coffee enemas make a person feel worse, even when using organic coffee, they should discontinue using them. Coffee enemas should be used with caution. Coffee enemas could be stressful to the liver and too many of them can cause liver stress. This is why we start the enema / colonic on day 3, repeat on day 5, 7…. etc. After cleansing, coffee enemas should only be used as an emergency. On day 4, 6, 8… etc. you will have the same suplements as on your arrival day before you go to sleep. The liver cleansing coffee enemas are not included in the program price and the price will be 50 Euro per enema. Please follow the After Fast Diet Plan the next 5 days. |
