GENERAL Vortex Vital is based in Ojen, Malaga, in Spain and makes no claims that the Content is appropriate or may be downloaded outside the country of Spain. Access to the Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Site from outside Spain, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. JURISDICTION You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Vortex Vital, or in any way relating to your use of the Site, resides in the courts of Spain and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of Spain in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Vortex Vital or its therapists, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, members, telecommunication providers, and content providers. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of Spain, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. COMPLETE AGREEMENT Except as expressly provided in a particular “legal notice” on the Site, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Vortex Vital, with respect to the use of the Site, and Content. We will not be obligated to provide any refunds in case of any misunderstanding between the client(s) and Vortex Vital, their employees or therapists. If you have any doubt about any subject please feel free to contact us. THE ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES Vortex Vital can not be held responsible for bookings or reservation regarding accommodation and facilities made by the client(s). Accommodation has to be arranged by the client(s) themselves with the department in charge of the accommodation of their choice. The client(s) have to arrange the payments for the accommodation themselves. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY A 300,00 Euro / per person NON-Refundable deposit is needed to hold the reservation. Please pay your deposit within 7 days of your enquiry. The balance is due 4 weeks prior your arrival date by bank transfer.If you make your program reservation within 4 weeks prior your first program day the full program payment is due within 5 days of your reservation.Please note, your booking is unconfirmed until the program deposit or full program payment has been received. We aim to honor provision bookings for a limited period of time; however, due to the popular nature of the detox weeks we regret that it is not always possible. It is the responsibility of the client to let us know of any delays in receipt of documents or payments. In case you would like to postpone your program reservation we can only offer you this option if you notify us no less than 2 Months prior your arrival date. If you notify us within 2 Months prior your arrival date you will lose your full program payment.We recommend purchasing a traveler Cancellation /Interruption Insurance in your Country of Residence. The payment must be made by bank transfer in € Euro. Please be aware that payments for any VORTEX VITAL holistic therapies have to be paid in cash on the day of your therapy reservation or together with the detox program by bank transfer. There will be no exception to this policy. CONTRA-INDICATIONS / SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS There are some contra-indications to some treatments and facilities and Vortex Vital are carried out subject to the completion of our Medical Questionnaire. If you have any special requirements that we should take into account when you visit us, for example Heart Conditions, High/Low Blood Pressure, Circulatory Disorders, Epilepsy, Arthritis/Rheumatism, Diabetes, Allergies or are pregnant, you should seek the advice of your doctor and inform Vortex Vital about this advice. We do not offer therapies or Programs for clients who are pregnant. IMPORTANT: If you are taking the contraceptive pill, please be aware that you would need addition barrier contraception for 4 to 6 weeks after the fasting program. If you do not let us know of any special requirements at the time of booking we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fully accommodate you on your visit. If you have any concerns please check our reservation department (and where appropriate your doctor). If any treatment is found unsuitable we will recommend an alternative where possible, subject to availability. TREATMENTS - RESERVATION REQUESTS All treatments / reservations are subject to availability. When completing the online request form please be aware that your reservation has not yet been confirmed until you are contacted via our Reservations Team and the 50% deposit payment is received. ONLINE ORDERING Once an order has been placed or a reservation has been made we will confirm that your order or reservation has been accepted by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form. Our acceptance of your order or reservation brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us. We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability. PRICE INFORMATION Vortex Vital has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time; prices for your previous visits may no longer be valid. However, the correct prices will be visible on the website. All prices include VAT. We sometimes have last minute offers for our products or programs and it will not be possible to get any refunds if your order or reservation was made before or after the offers validation dates. HOW WE USE YOUR (personal) INFORMATION You are required if you are attending one of our programs or therapies to cooperate with signing our informed consent. If you would like to have a copy of this document before arrival you can apply for one by email. ( i) Administration of the site: Some of the basic information you give us is necessary for us to operate our service for you, such as knowing your full name to ensure any orders you place on the site are delivered correctly. (ii) To enable customer services: We ask for your contact details, such as your e-mail, to enable us to resolve any queries you may have about using the site and for us to notify you about your order or reservation. (iii) To learn about what our customers want: Any extra information we ask for helps us to understand our customers better - we think that it is important to keep improving our services. If provided, personally identifiable information is maintained in a database that is regularly purged. On occasion, we may conduct a study concerning the types of questions sent to us. These studies help us to improve our Web sites in order to make them more responsive to the needs of our users.
